• Be the face of the branch by offering the best possible service and response to Swedbank's private and corporate customers.
• The tasks are varied and include handling service issues in unbooked customer meetings and working nationally with service issues via incoming phone calls.
• Contribute to our goals through effective working methods with a strong focus on increased accessibility, customer satisfaction, and proactivity.
• Collaborate and build good relationships with colleagues within the bank to develop our customers' financial health, identify customer needs, and refer when other expertise is needed to create added value in customer meetings.
• Further develop and broaden your skills – within the bank, there are several career opportunities and personal development is encouraged.
